Corporate vision
Our corporate vision is to make Nihonsakari a well-known company that people respect and admire, and whose products satisfy customers and contribute to their health and wellbeing. As part of this vision, we believe it is essential to conserve natural resources and protect the environment for future generations.
Accordingly, in sake brewing and all other operations, Nihonsakari will make it our top priorities to use resources efficiently and minimize environmental impact.

Corporate Policy
- We will continually improve our environmental management system and seek to minimize impact to the environment.
- We will fully comply with all environmental laws, regulations and agreements.
- We will accurately monitor the impact our operations have on the environment,
establish stringent environmental-performance objectives and targets,
create and carry out an economically and technically feasible plan to achieve those targets,
and review the plan periodically with an eye toward improving it where possible.
- In accordance with the above statements, we will strive to:
- Reduce energy consumption
- Reduce consumption of natural resources
- Reduce the amount of waste generated
- Reduce impact on the local environment (especially)
- We will inform all employees of our environmental policy, through such means as distributing handouts and providing instruction.
- We will make our environmental policy available to the general public, through such means as providing pamphlets to those inquiring about the policy.
